Create strong, unique passwords instantly. Generated with your device’s cryptographic random number generator — nothing is sent anywhere.
Passwords are built from your chosen character sets using crypto.getRandomValues() — your device’s cryptographically secure random number generator, the same primitive password managers use. At least one character from every selected set is guaranteed. Strength is measured in bits of entropy: length × log₂(pool size). Nothing you generate ever leaves this page. Worked example: 20 characters drawn from upper+lower+digits+symbols (94 symbols) = 20 × log₂(94) ≈ 131 bits of entropy — far beyond any brute-force attack.
At least 16 characters for important accounts; 20+ is better. Length matters more than exotic symbols.
Yes — it uses your browser’s cryptographic RNG (crypto.getRandomValues), not Math.random(). The same kind of randomness operating systems use for encryption keys.
No. Use a password manager (Bitwarden, 1Password, Apple/Google’s built-in) and let it remember one unique password per site. You only memorize the manager’s master password.
